目的:探讨雌激素治疗对绝经妇女辅助性T细胞1(Th1)/辅助性T细胞2(Th2)平衡的影响。方法将研究对象分为生育年龄组、绝经组、雌激素治疗组共3组,每组各10例,分离、培养所有研究对象外周血T淋巴细胞,ELISA法测培养液上清液IL-4、IFN-γ质量浓度,并计算IFN-γ/IL-4比值。结果绝经组IFN-γ水平明显高于生育年龄组、IL-4水平显著低于生育年龄组、IFN-γ/IL-4比值显著高于生育年龄组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);雌激素治疗组IL-4水平显著低于生育年龄组、IFN-γ/IL-4比值显著高于生育年龄组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);雌激素治疗组IFN-γ水平明显低于绝经组、IL-4水平显著高于绝经组、IFN-γ/IL-4比值显著低于绝经组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论绝经后发生Th1/Th2平衡变化,出现向Th1漂移现象,而雌激素治疗能改善Th1/Th2平衡的偏移。

목적:탐토자격소치료대절경부녀보조성T세포1(Th1)/보조성T세포2(Th2)평형적영향。방법장연구대상분위생육년령조、절경조、자격소치료조공3조,매조각10례,분리、배양소유연구대상외주혈T림파세포,ELISA법측배양액상청액IL-4、IFN-γ질량농도,병계산IFN-γ/IL-4비치。결과절경조IFN-γ수평명현고우생육년령조、IL-4수평현저저우생육년령조、IFN-γ/IL-4비치현저고우생육년령조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05혹0.01);자격소치료조IL-4수평현저저우생육년령조、IFN-γ/IL-4비치현저고우생육년령조,차이균유통계학의의(균P<0.01);자격소치료조IFN-γ수평명현저우절경조、IL-4수평현저고우절경조、IFN-γ/IL-4비치현저저우절경조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05혹0.01)。결론절경후발생Th1/Th2평형변화,출현향Th1표이현상,이자격소치료능개선Th1/Th2평형적편이。
Objective To investigate the effects of estrogen therapy on Th1/Th2 balance in postmenopausal women. Methods The study included 10 women in child- bearing period, 10 postmenopausal women and 10 postmenopausal women with estrogen therapy. The peripheral blood lymphocytes were separated and cultured, the levels of IL- 4 and IFN- γin cultured su-pernatant were measured by ELISA, and ratio of Th1/Th2 (IFN- γ/IL- 4) was calculated. Results The IFN- γ level in post-menopausal women was significantly higher, the IL- 4 level was lower and the IFN- γ/IL- 4 ratio was higher than those in child- bearing period women (P<0.05 or 0.01). The IL- 4 level in estrogen therapy group was lower and IFN- γ/IL- 4 ratio was higher than those in child- bearing period group ( both P<0.01) . The IFN- γlevel was lower, the IL- 4 level was higher and the IFN- γ/IL- 4 ratio in estrogen therapy group was lower than those in postmenopausal group (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The peripheral blood lymphocytes shift towards Th1 in post- menopausal women, and estrogen therapy can regulate the Th1/Th2 bal-ance.
