目的：探讨复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病（RVVC）病情复发因素。方法：选取确诊为RVVC的患者50例和初次或偶发的外阴阴道念珠菌病（VVC）患者50例，分别对两组患者发病前15项生活和生理状况进行调查对比分析。结果：RVVC组排在前5位的因素依次为：发病前5 d内性生活、生理状况差、心理负面情绪、月经来潮和性伴同患生殖器念珠菌病；在生理状况差、心理负面情绪、月经来潮、性伴同患生殖器念珠菌病和性生活频率（≥3次）5个因素，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），其余因素在两组间无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论：RVVC患者病情复发与发病前5 d内性生活、生理状况差、心理负面情绪、月经来潮和性伴同患生殖器念珠菌病有明显关系。
목적：탐토복발성외음음도념주균병（RVVC）병정복발인소。방법：선취학진위RVVC적환자50례화초차혹우발적외음음도념주균병（VVC）환자50례，분별대량조환자발병전15항생활화생리상황진행조사대비분석。결과：RVVC조배재전5위적인소의차위：발병전5 d내성생활、생리상황차、심리부면정서、월경래조화성반동환생식기념주균병；재생리상황차、심리부면정서、월경래조、성반동환생식기념주균병화성생활빈솔（≥3차）5개인소，량조간비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），기여인소재량조간무명현차이（P>0.05）。결론：RVVC환자병정복발여발병전5 d내성생활、생리상황차、심리부면정서、월경래조화성반동환생식기념주균병유명현관계。
Objective:To explore the relapse factors of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC).Method:50 patients were diagnosed RVVC and 50 patients with initial or occasional vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)were included. 15 items of factors about the lifestyle and the physiological status before the onset of disease were analyzed between the two groups respectively. Result:The top five factors in RVVC group were:sexual activity within 5 days before the onset of disease,poor physical condition,mental negative emotions,menstrual onset and partners with genital candidiasis. There were the significant difference between the two groups in 5 factors:poor physical condition,mental negative emotions,menstrual cramps,partner with genital candidiasis and frequency of sexual activity(≥3 times)(P<0.05),and the remaining factors had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The relapse of RVVC has a significant relationship with sexual activity within 5 days before the onset of disease,poor physical condition,mental negative emotions,menstrual onset and partners with genital candidiasis.
