　　对治疗难治性肾病综合征的55首药方中的161味中药进行了分析，采用“以药测机”的方法，认为难治性肾病综合征病机为脾肾阳虚、瘀血阻滞、湿浊内停、阴虚火旺型，提出了补益阳气，清热解毒、利水祛湿、活血化瘀是本病用药的基本规律。

The treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome (RNS) in 55 recipes of 161 prescriptions were analyzed herbs, using“medicine testing machine” approach, thought that pathogenesis of RNS were spleen deficiency, blood stasis, dampness stop, Yin Huo. Proposed Yang tonic, detoxification, diuresis dampness, promoting blood circulation is the basic law of the disease medication.
