利用龙海市国家气象观测站1991-2010年共计20年的地面常规观测资料和龙海市水利局旱涝资料对龙海市的云量、降水量和蒸发量变化特征及近年来龙海市的旱涝情况进行了初步分析。分析可知龙海市的年均总云量达6.8成,而年低云量为5.4成;年平均雨日为129d,年平均降水量1606.4mm,平均降水强度12.5mm/d。龙海市一年中降水高发期在5-6月,也就是福建雨季;次高发期在7-8月,是福建夏季台风季。分析发现龙海降水量及分布情况与旱涝有明显关系。

이용룡해시국가기상관측참1991-2010년공계20년적지면상규관측자료화룡해시수리국한로자료대룡해시적운량、강수량화증발량변화특정급근년래룡해시적한로정황진행료초보분석。분석가지룡해시적년균총운량체6.8성,이년저운량위5.4성;년평균우일위129d,년평균강수량1606.4mm,평균강수강도12.5mm/d。룡해시일년중강수고발기재5-6월,야취시복건우계;차고발기재7-8월,시복건하계태풍계。분석발현룡해강수량급분포정황여한로유명현관계。
The variable characteristics of cloud cover, precipitation and evaporation and the condition of drought and flood in Longhai are analysed preliminary using. It is found that the total cloud cover is 68%while the low cloud cover is 54%, the number of rainy day is 129 days, the amount of precipitation is 1606.4mm, and the precipitation intensity is 12.5mm per day in Longhai, which are in annual average. It is in rainy season of Fujian(May to June) that the frequency of precipitation is the highest and in typhoon season(July to August) that that is the second highest. Results indicate that there is evident relation between the distribution of precipitation and droughts and floods in Longhai.
