目的：探讨影响结核性脑膜炎预后的独立危险因素。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2012年1月本院收治的64例结核性脑膜炎患者的临床资料，以患者一般临床指标、临床表现和脑脊液化验指标等为研究参数，将患者分为好转组和预后不良组（在院死亡和自动出院），对两组患者参数进行比较采用非条件Logistic回归模型进行分析，确定影响结核性脑膜炎预后的独立危险因素。结果结核性脑膜炎的预后与脑脊液中葡萄糖含量和脑脊液压力有关，与其他因素无关。结论脑脊液压力和葡萄糖含量是结核性脑膜炎预后的主要相关因素。
목적：탐토영향결핵성뇌막염예후적독립위험인소。방법회고성분석2009년1월지2012년1월본원수치적64례결핵성뇌막염환자적림상자료，이환자일반림상지표、림상표현화뇌척액화험지표등위연구삼수，장환자분위호전조화예후불량조（재원사망화자동출원），대량조환자삼수진행비교채용비조건Logistic회귀모형진행분석，학정영향결핵성뇌막염예후적독립위험인소。결과결핵성뇌막염적예후여뇌척액중포도당함량화뇌척액압력유관，여기타인소무관。결론뇌척액압력화포도당함량시결핵성뇌막염예후적주요상관인소。
Objective To investigate the risk factors associated with prognosis of tubercular meningitis. Methods Total of 64 cases with tubercular meningitis were studied between January 2009 to January 2012, retrospectively. The patients were divided into recovery group and poor prognosis group (patients who died in hospital or automatic discharge). The risk factors such as patients characteristic, clinical manifestation and parameters of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) associated with tubercular meningitis were analyzed with Logistic regression analysis, respectively. Results The risk factors associated with prognosis of tubercular meningitis were CSF glucose and pression, and having no association with other factors. Conclusion CSF glucose and pression are the main risk factors associatied with prognosis of tubercular meningitis.
