以超高强度钢( UHSS)为对象,研究板坯连铸二冷设计。首先,基于凝固传热学基本理论,建立了二维板坯瞬态传热数学模型;其次,根据高温塑性实验曲线,结合二冷区冶金原则,确定二冷区各段终点的表面目标温度;最后,根据制定的铸坯表面目标温度,采用增量型PID算法调整二冷区各回路的水量。
以超高彊度鋼( UHSS)為對象,研究闆坯連鑄二冷設計。首先,基于凝固傳熱學基本理論,建立瞭二維闆坯瞬態傳熱數學模型;其次,根據高溫塑性實驗麯線,結閤二冷區冶金原則,確定二冷區各段終點的錶麵目標溫度;最後,根據製定的鑄坯錶麵目標溫度,採用增量型PID算法調整二冷區各迴路的水量。

This paper concentrates on secondary cooling design of slab caster based on the ultrahigh strength steel ( UHSS) .Firstly, a mathematical heat transfer model to describe the solidification process of continu-ously cast slab has been developed .Secondly, the aimed slab surface temperatures were determined according to the high temperature plastic curves and the metallurgical principles in the secondary cooling zone .Finally, with the tar-get temperature on the slab surface , use the incremental PID algorithm adjust the water flow in each loop of secondary cooling zone.
