通过对CENTURY模型在土壤有机碳研究中的应用和研究成果进行总结，结果表明，对于不同的生态系统， CEN-TURY模型只要输入有效的参数就能够顺利运行，在土壤有机碳研究中有较强的适用性。利用该模型对土壤有机质积累和分解过程及其含量的变化进行研究，可为土壤肥力、土壤质量、土壤健康的评价及科学管理陆地生态系统提供依据，也为全球碳循环研究提供基础依据。据此得出CENTURY模型有着广泛的应用前景，在不同生态系统土壤有机碳研究中的应用会更加广泛和深入。参26。

The application and research of CENTURY model in the study of soil organic carbon are summarized .The CENTURY model has a strong applicability in the study of soil organic carbon.The CENTURY model will run smoothly with effective parameters for differ-ent ecological systems.Research on soil organic matter accumulation and decomposition process and its content change using the CEN -TURY model not only provides the basis for the evaluation of soil fertility ,soil quality ,soil health and scientific management of forest ec-ological system and agricultural ecological system ,but also provides the basis for the study of global C cycle.It shows that the CENTU-RY model has a wide application prospect and the model applied in the study of soil organic carbon will be more extensive and in -depth.
