一年生草本珍珠粟是有价值的饲料作物,珍珠粟除了作为饲料外,在种植后还有减少多种植物寄生线虫在土壤中密度的作用,为了探讨珍珠粟对大豆胞囊线虫在土壤中密度的作用,2010年和2011年进行了哈尔滨和海伦2个地点的大豆连作田种植珍珠粟CFPM-101试验,以大豆为对照作物,在种植前和收获后采集耕层土壤,测定大豆胞囊线虫胞囊和卵密度。试验结果表明,珍珠粟种植后可很好地控制大豆胞囊线虫在土壤中的胞囊密度,在哈尔滨和海伦试验区对大豆胞囊线虫胞囊防治效果在31.1%~100%,而种植大豆后收获季节土壤中胞囊增加20.6%~97.5%。珍珠粟种植也可很好地控制大豆胞囊线虫在土壤中卵的密度,防治效果在53.2%~100%,而种植大豆后收获季节土壤中大豆胞囊线虫卵增加了23.5%~550%。研究结果证明了珍珠粟可有效地降低连作大豆田大豆胞囊线虫虫源密度。图8,表2,参21。

Annual herbal pearl millet is a valuable forage crop , and it can also decrease the density of plant-parasitic nematodes in soil at the same time.The influence of pearl millet on soybean cyst nematode density was examined in a 2-year field experiment in Har-bin and Hailun , respectively.Pearl millet ( CFPM-101 ) was planted in long-term soybean continuous cropping fields , and adjacent soybean continuous cropping fields was as control.The cyst and egg densities of soybean cyst nematode were tested from top soil before pearl millet planting and after harvesting.The results showed that pearl millet reduced the cyst density of soybean cyst nematode by 31.1%to 100%in Harbin and Hailun , however , the cyst density of soybean cyst nematode was increased by 20.6% to 97.5% in soybean field after harvesting stage.Pearl millet reduced the egg density of soybean cyst nematode by 53.2%to 100%.The egg density of soybean cyst nematode was increased by 23.5% to 550% in soybean field after harvesting stage.Our research demonstrated that pearl millet can effectively decrease soybean cyst nematode in soybean continuous cropping fields .
