民营快递企业是一个新生群体,民营快递企业的产生打破了国有邮政 EMS一揽天下的格局,为我国经济增长和市民方便做大了巨大贡献。民营快递企业在人力资源管理方面存在着较多问题,如缺乏系统化的人力资源管理;人才流失严重等严重影响了企业的发展。针对这些问题可以采取如下解决对策:健全人力资源管理体系,注重授权和沟通;制定针对性政策吸引人才、创造机制留住人才;建立合理薪酬体系及绩效考核方案等。

The private express enterprises is a new group,they have changed the situation in the market,broke the domination of EMS,which is a stated-own express delivery. In this respect private enterprise has made a great contribution. However,the private express enterprise has a lot of problems in human resource,such as:lack of systematic human resource management,which led to a se-riously brain drain;even affect the development of the enterprise itself. The solutions to these problems are proposed,for instance:how to improve the human resources management system,to focus on authorization and communication,to develop targeted policies to attract and keep talents,to offer a reasonable salary system and performance appraisal programs etc.
