目的:对8-甲氧基补骨脂素(8-MOP)柔性纳米脂质体凝胶、8-MOP 柔性纳米脂质体、8-MOP酊剂三种剂型药物的透皮差异进行比较,探讨三种不同剂型8-甲氧基补骨脂素柔性纳米脂质体的大鼠体外透皮性。方法:将三种不同剂型8-MOP通过含有离体鼠皮的扩散池,测定鼠皮以及接受池中8-MOP的含量,并进行比较,对不同时间点3种不同剂型8-MOP的累积渗透量作图,对各组皮肤滞留量两两进行t检验。结果:8-MOP脂质体凝胶组在接受液中的累积渗透量小于8-MOP脂质体组和酊剂组;8-MOP酊剂组渗透量从第3 h后开始急剧升高;比较各组皮肤内滞留的药量,8-MOP脂质体凝胶组高于8-MOP酊剂组,而8-MOP脂质体组又高于MOP脂质体凝胶组,差异均有统计学意义( t值分别为53.97、18.97, P值均<0.05)。结论:8-MOP不同剂型有着不同的特性,8-MOP柔性纳米脂质体更具有皮肤亲和性,更有利于药物在皮肤内滞留发挥药物作用。

목적:대8-갑양기보골지소(8-MOP)유성납미지질체응효、8-MOP 유성납미지질체、8-MOP정제삼충제형약물적투피차이진행비교,탐토삼충불동제형8-갑양기보골지소유성납미지질체적대서체외투피성。방법:장삼충불동제형8-MOP통과함유리체서피적확산지,측정서피이급접수지중8-MOP적함량,병진행비교,대불동시간점3충불동제형8-MOP적루적삼투량작도,대각조피부체류량량량진행t검험。결과:8-MOP지질체응효조재접수액중적루적삼투량소우8-MOP지질체조화정제조;8-MOP정제조삼투량종제3 h후개시급극승고;비교각조피부내체류적약량,8-MOP지질체응효조고우8-MOP정제조,이8-MOP지질체조우고우MOP지질체응효조,차이균유통계학의의( t치분별위53.97、18.97, P치균<0.05)。결론:8-MOP불동제형유착불동적특성,8-MOP유성납미지질체경구유피부친화성,경유리우약물재피부내체류발휘약물작용。
Objective:To explore the different transdermal effects of three dosage-forms of 8-methoxypsoralen ( 8-MOP ) flexible nano-liposomes including 8-MOP flexible nano liposome , 8-MOP nano-liposome gel and 8-MOP tincture .Methods:Three dosage forms of 8-MOP flexible nano-liposomes were put through the diffusing pool containing rat skin in vitro .The levels of 8-MOP in the rat skin as well as in the receiving pool were measured .The cumulative permeation quantity of three kinds of 8-MOP in different time points were recorded , and the content of 8-MOP in the rat skin of each two groups were compared by t-test.Results:Cumulative infiltration capacity in receiving pool of 8-MOP flexible nano-liposome gel group was obviously lower than that of 8-MOP flexible nano liposome group and 8-MOP tincture group , but the content of the 8-MOP in rat skin of 8-MOP nano-liposome gel groups was superior to that in the 8-MOP tincture group ( t=53.97, P<0.05), which in 8-MOP liposome group was significantly higher than that in 8-MOP liposome gel group (t=18.97, P<0.05).Conclusion:Three dosage forms of 8-MOP have dif-ferent characters , but the flexible nano-liposome form shows better skin affinity and is more condu-cive to drug retention in the skin .
