氧化鲨烯环化酶(oxidosqualene cyclase,OSC)是甾醇和三萜合成的关键酶之一。以油茶(Camellia oleifera)未成熟种仁为材料进行转录组分析,并鉴定出4个OSC基因,分别命名为CoOSC1/CoCAS、CoOSC2/CobAS、CoOSC3/CoLAS及CoOSC4/CoaAS,CoOSC1和CoOSC2为全长序列。 OSC系统进化树表明,CoOSC1为环阿屯醇合成酶、CoOSC2为β-香树素合成酶、CoOSC3为羊毛甾醇合成酶、CoOSC4为α-香树素合成酶。

Oxidosqualene cyclase (OSC) was one of the key enzymes in triterpene and sterol metabolism. Transcriptome analysis was conducted with Camellia oleifera immature kernel. Four different OSCs were identified, which were named CoOSC1/CoCAS, CoOSC2/CobAS, CoOSC3/CoLAS and CoOSC4/CoaAS, respectively. Both CoOSC1 and CoOSC2 were full-length sequences. OSCs phylogenetic tree analysis revealed that CoOSC1 was cycloartenol synthas, CoOSC2 was β-amyrin synthas, CoOSC3 was lanosterol synthas, and CoOSC4 wasα-amyrin synthas.
