密钥分配规范是量子密码学的研究热点之一,并影响对称密码系统的性能。利用量子态的叠加性,提出一种能够缩短密钥长度和提高对称密码系统时间效率的基于量子相角的对称密码系统密钥分配规范,同时探讨一种新的基于量子相角的加密和解密方法,对于对称密码系统和量子密码学的研究具有积极意义。
密鑰分配規範是量子密碼學的研究熱點之一,併影響對稱密碼繫統的性能。利用量子態的疊加性,提齣一種能夠縮短密鑰長度和提高對稱密碼繫統時間效率的基于量子相角的對稱密碼繫統密鑰分配規範,同時探討一種新的基于量子相角的加密和解密方法,對于對稱密碼繫統和量子密碼學的研究具有積極意義。

In order to continuously improve the performances of symmetric cryptosystem ,one of the focuses on quantum cryptography is the key distribution specifications. According to the superposition property of quantum state , proposes the key distribution specification of symmetric cryptosystem based on quantum phase which can shorten the key length greatly and improve the time efficiency of symmetric cryptosystem. Moreover, discusses a new encryption and decryption approach based on quantum phase. The key distribution specification based on quantum phase is valuable to the research on symmetric cryptosystem and quantum cryptography.
