针对目前岸边集装箱起重机使用率激增,其轨道长短轨接缝开裂现象展开分析,对其接缝开裂原因做了详细分析,对接缝处应力和变形展开计算,结合有限元软件,对DIN 536的A型轨道接缝应力情况进行验证和优化,对目前的开裂现象提出了切实可行的解决方法。

In view of increasing usage of such cranes currently , analysis for joint cracking of long and short rails of quayside container crane is performed as, especially with derailed analysis for the cracking causes .Joint stress and deformationcalculation is performed, the joint stress at A-type rail of DIN 536 is verified and optimized through the finite elementsoftware, and practical solution is put forward to deal with the current cracking conditions .
