为探究场(厂)内专用机动车辆在检验过程中存在的典型故障形式,需要对场(厂)内车辆进行长期检验调研,总结典型故障类型,并对其故障原因及处理措施作重点研究。首先针对年审旧车中的典型故障类型进行统计,归纳出故障规律;接着从叉车的制动性能、转向机构、轮胎磨损、货叉松动及其他故障进行故障的具体表现形式分析,并总结其故障原因;然后对验收新车的故障类型进行统计分析;最后,针对不同故障类型制定相应的处理措施。检验调研结果表明:电动车的故障率1.3%,内燃车故障率10.7%,电动叉车占有率从年审旧车中的41.6%提高到新车验收中的78.3%。直线加速制动跑偏是叉车最主要的典型故障类型;在刹车等关键参数上,电动车比内燃车表现优良;前移式叉车容易发生侧翻事故。

To investigate the typical faults existing during inspection of internal transfer vehicles , it's required to car-ry out long-term inspection survey for internal vehicles to collect typical fault types , with focus on fault causes and corre-sponding treatments.First of all, typical fault types in old vehicles after annual examination are summarized to generalize the fault rule; then analysis for specific fault forms is performed such as braking performance of the forklift , wear of steer-ing mechanism, tire wear, fork looseness, and other forms, to figure out the fault causes; statistical analysis is per-formed for fault types of accepted new vehicles; finally corresponding measures are made in view of different fault types.The inspection survey shows that:the fault rate of electric vehicles is 1.3%, that of diesel vehicles is 10.7%, and the inventory of electric forklifts in new accepted vehicles rises up to 78.3%from its inventory in annually-examined old ve-hicles of 41.6%.the major typical fault type for the forklift is linear acceleration braking deflection ; in terms of critical pa-rameters such as braking , the electric vehicles show better performance than diesel vehicles; rollover accidents is easy to occur to forward-type forklifts.
