目的确定儿童是否存在与成人类似的干眼,并探讨儿童干眼的特点.方法对2005年3月至2007年10月诊治的62例儿童干眼患者的资料,分析病史及症状、SchirmerTest(泪液分泌试验)、BUT(泪膜破裂时间)、FL(荧光素染色)、干眼仪检查及疗效.结果 54例有较明确的病史.主要症状表现为眼痒37例(26.1%),瞬目频繁21例(14.8%),干涩感15例(10.6%).畏光14例(9.9%),眼红14例(9.9%),以及对风、烟、空调敏感,异物感,分泌物增多,眼睑痉挛,烧灼感等.SchirmerTest:38例<10mm/5min,平均为55.mm/5min.BUT:62例全部<5s.FL:12例角膜上皮点状着染1～3象限.干眼仪检查:36例图像为3级以上.经人工泪液等药物治疗后观察4周,62例患者症状全部缓解,12例角膜点状着染者转阴,BUT有所增加,Schirmer无明显增加.结论儿童存在与成人类似的干眼.

Objective To identify if the existence of dry eye in children is similar to adults and to in-vestigate its clinical characteristics.Methods 62 records of child patients with dry eye were enrolled from 2005 to 2007.Case history and symptoms,dry eye examinations including Schirmer test,break-up time(BUT), fluorescein staining(FL)and tear interferometry, and curative effect were analyzed.Results 54 patients had a definite history.Itching of eye is the most common symptom(37 cases, 26.1%), followed by frequent blinking (21 cases, 14.8%),dryness(15 cases, 10.6%),photophobia(14 cases, 9.9%) , redness(14 cases, 9.9%) , and other symptoms.Schirmer test: 38cases<10mm/5'(mean: 5.5mm/5').BUT: all eyes<5".FL: 12 cases had corneal epithelium defect 1～3 quadrant.Tear intefferometry: The interference patterns of 36cases were above level 3.All patients were given drug treatment(artificial tears et al)and followed up 4 months.Their complaints are all got relief and patients who had positive FL all get a negative result.Conclusion The existence of dry eye in chil-dren is similar to adults.
