改革开放以来，我国经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成绩，也出现了巨大的贫富差距问题，直接关系到社会主义的共同富裕能否最终实现。要解决贫富差距，追求市场公正而牺牲社会公正的第一次分配无法实现，追求社会公正而面临诸多现实压力的第二次分配也无法实现，所以，必须大力发展以道德为力、以非强制方式进行的第三次分配。
改革開放以來，我國經濟建設取得瞭舉世矚目的成績，也齣現瞭巨大的貧富差距問題，直接關繫到社會主義的共同富裕能否最終實現。要解決貧富差距，追求市場公正而犧牲社會公正的第一次分配無法實現，追求社會公正而麵臨諸多現實壓力的第二次分配也無法實現，所以，必鬚大力髮展以道德為力、以非彊製方式進行的第三次分配。
개혁개방이래，아국경제건설취득료거세촉목적성적，야출현료거대적빈부차거문제，직접관계도사회주의적공동부유능부최종실현。요해결빈부차거，추구시장공정이희생사회공정적제일차분배무법실현，추구사회공정이면림제다현실압력적제이차분배야무법실현，소이，필수대력발전이도덕위력、이비강제방식진행적제삼차분배。
Since China＇s reform and opening in 1978, spectacular achievments have been made in economic construction, but the problem of the gap appeared between the poor and the rich, which endanggers the essence of socialism to finally realize common prosperity. The solution of the gap between the rich and the poor can not be achieved by the first distribution which pursues the market fair and sacrifices the social justice. The second distribution pursuing the social justice and facing many reality of pressure can not resolve the problem, either. So, the third distribution must be developed by the way of the force of moral and enforcement measures.
