选择大花蕙兰垂花型、软枝型、硬枝型共7个品种,进行离体叶片高温胁迫后叶片游离脯氨酸含量的测定,探讨脯氨酸含量变化与大花蕙兰品种耐热性的关系。结果表明:耐热性较强的品种在高温胁迫下,叶片游离脯氨酸含量相对增长率高于耐热性较弱的品种。高温胁迫下叶片游离脯氨酸含量相对增长率,可作为判断大花蕙兰品种耐热性的参考指标之一。
選擇大花蕙蘭垂花型、軟枝型、硬枝型共7箇品種,進行離體葉片高溫脅迫後葉片遊離脯氨痠含量的測定,探討脯氨痠含量變化與大花蕙蘭品種耐熱性的關繫。結果錶明:耐熱性較彊的品種在高溫脅迫下,葉片遊離脯氨痠含量相對增長率高于耐熱性較弱的品種。高溫脅迫下葉片遊離脯氨痠含量相對增長率,可作為判斷大花蕙蘭品種耐熱性的參攷指標之一。

This article focuses on the relationship between variations of the leaf's praline content and the thermotolerance of different types of Cymbidium hybridum. Leaves from seven selected kinds of Cymbidium hybridum, including pendent-type, soft-twig type and hard-twig type are collected for testing the content of free praline after heat-stress treatment. The test result shows that the comparative increase rate of free praline under heat stress of high-thermotolerance type exceeds that of the low-thermotolerance type. The comparative increase rate of free praline under heat stress of high-thermotolerance can be used as a cymbidium species resistance index.
