介绍基于单片机MSP430F4152和数字电位器MCP41010的超声波热量表设计方案。采用超声波时差法原理,以MCP41010构成增益可调的超声波回波信号放大电路,利用MSP430F4152实现流体流量和温度差的测量,既测量精度,又降低了成本和功耗。

Presented a design of ultrasonic heat meter based on MSP430F4152 and digital potentiometer MCP41010 in this paper. Flow rate was measured by transit time principle, MCP41010 was used to compose of echo signal amplifier which gain was adjustable. Through the control of MSP430F4152, accurate flow rate and temperature measurement were achieved. The testing results show that the ultrasonic heat meter have the features of low cost and low power consumption, meanwhile the measurement accurate is guaranteed.
