主体双元一体化育人模式是指学校和企业两个主体,以培养人才为共同目标,相互合作,融为一体的一种育人模式;这种模式是以学校老师为主体成立有限责任公司,公司的法人代表、总工程师、技术业务骨干分别是学校的系(部、教研室)主任、专业带头人、骨干教师等相关人员。从教学和生产两个方面的融合构建课程体系,突出生产育人,学生毕业后能够达到直接顶岗的要求,实现了高职测量专业毕业生零距离上岗的目的。
主體雙元一體化育人模式是指學校和企業兩箇主體,以培養人纔為共同目標,相互閤作,融為一體的一種育人模式;這種模式是以學校老師為主體成立有限責任公司,公司的法人代錶、總工程師、技術業務骨榦分彆是學校的繫(部、教研室)主任、專業帶頭人、骨榦教師等相關人員。從教學和生產兩箇方麵的融閤構建課程體繫,突齣生產育人,學生畢業後能夠達到直接頂崗的要求,實現瞭高職測量專業畢業生零距離上崗的目的。
주체쌍원일체화육인모식시지학교화기업량개주체,이배양인재위공동목표,상호합작,융위일체적일충육인모식;저충모식시이학교로사위주체성립유한책임공사,공사적법인대표、총공정사、기술업무골간분별시학교적계(부、교연실)주임、전업대두인、골간교사등상관인원。종교학화생산량개방면적융합구건과정체계,돌출생산육인,학생필업후능구체도직접정강적요구,실현료고직측량전업필업생령거리상강적목적。
The main subject dual-intergradization educational mode is the mode in which the main dual subject of the school and enterprise cooperate to cultivate vocational talent together.The college founds company of limited liability,in which legal representative,chief engineer,backbone of business technology is the director of the Institute(Department,Teaching and Research Section),professional leader,backbone teachers,and so on.This education mode constructs curriculum system based the two aspects of teaching and production,highlights production education.The vocational students of of engineering survey technology specialty after graduation can be reached directly post request,achieve the zero distance posts.This education mode achieves great success in society benefit and economic benefit.
