主体双元一体化育人模式是指学校和企业两个主体,以培养人才为共同目标,相互合作,融为一体的一种育人模式;这种模式是以学校老师为主体成立有限责任公司,公司的法人代表、总工程师、技术业务骨干分别是学校的系（部、教研室）主任、专业带头人、骨干教师等相关人员。从教学和生产两个方面的融合构建课程体系,突出生产育人,学生毕业后能够达到直接顶岗的要求,实现了高职测量专业毕业生零距离上岗的目的。
