人情关系是贯穿传统和当代中国特有的社会和文化现象。产生和发展于传统社会特定条件下的人情自有其初始的内在属性、价值意蕴与外在表征。经历现代化变革的人情关系表现出对其本真的变异，并产生与社会发展相去的消极影响。这其中既有传统人情的内在缺陷，但主要是现代化变革中的种种外在因素综合作用的结果。因此，需要辩证地历史地看待传统人情关系的变异与其多元价值。

Human relationship is Chinese unique social and cultural phenomenon in the traditional and contemporary society. It emerged and developed under special circumstances in traditional society with its own intrinsic, properties of the initial value of implication and external representation. Since the Modernization, human relationship has become aberrant and has negative impacts on social progress. Some reasons and are multi - external factors discussed. The author holds that the aberrances of the traditional human relationship and its value are to be treated dialectically and historically.
