1921年到1931年九.一八事变前,东北地方当局和商民掀起了一个自建铁路的高潮位,居全国自建自营铁路之首。东北的自建铁路是在特殊的历史背景下进行的,全部利用本国的资金和技术力量,具有详密的计划和有效的组织管理机构,与日交涉贯穿筑路始终,自建铁路实现了与社会经济互动发展。
1921年到1931年九.一八事變前,東北地方噹跼和商民掀起瞭一箇自建鐵路的高潮位,居全國自建自營鐵路之首。東北的自建鐵路是在特殊的歷史揹景下進行的,全部利用本國的資金和技術力量,具有詳密的計劃和有效的組織管理機構,與日交涉貫穿築路始終,自建鐵路實現瞭與社會經濟互動髮展。

There was a railway boom before Sept.18th Event(1921 to 1931),funded by the local government of Northeast China and the business people.The local funded railway was carried out in special historical background.They used the local fund and technology,operated by an effective organization with detailed plan.The negotiation between China and Japan went on along the whole process of construction.The railway interactively developed with social economy.
