采用微型化实验,在相同的还原剂用量、温度、酸度下,分别用苯、CCl4为萃取剂,用淀粉为指示剂,测定含有一定量碘的食盐溶液中的碘含量,结果表明:用CCl4作萃取剂最佳,3种方法的实验误差均能满足定量分析实验要求,各种试剂用量较常量分析减少90%,实验速度明显提高,成本显著下降。

The content of iodine in salt was measured by with benzene or CCl4 as extractant,starch as indicator under the same reductant dosage,temperature,acidity using miniaturization experiment.The results showed that the best extractant was CCl4,experimental errors of three methods all could meet requirement of analytical experiments,the dosage of various reagents was less 90% than that of routine analysis,the speed of experiment was obviously increased and cost of experiment was striking reduced.
