以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,由乙醇和己二酸通过酯化反应合成了己二酸二乙酯。研究了反应时间、不同带水剂和不同乙醇对己二酸二乙酯产率的影响。并用折光率、红外光谱对己二酸二乙酯进行表征。其最佳反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比为1∶6,对甲苯磺酸用量为0.40 g,苯用量为20 mL。收率为70.8%。
以對甲苯磺痠為催化劑,由乙醇和己二痠通過酯化反應閤成瞭己二痠二乙酯。研究瞭反應時間、不同帶水劑和不同乙醇對己二痠二乙酯產率的影響。併用摺光率、紅外光譜對己二痠二乙酯進行錶徵。其最佳反應條件為:痠醇摩爾比為1∶6,對甲苯磺痠用量為0.40 g,苯用量為20 mL。收率為70.8%。

Diethyl adipate was synthesized through esterification reaction from ethanol and the adipic acid with p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst.The effects of reaction time,different water-carrying agent and different ethanol on the yield of diethyl adipate were discussed.And ester was characterized by using refractive index and infrared spectrum.The best reaction conditions were as follow: ratio of acid to alcohol was 1∶6,amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid was 0.40 g and benzene was 20 mL.The yield could reach 70.8%.
