为了筛选夫西地酸高产培养基配方,提高夫西地酸发酵水平,以F17D2744为试验菌株,通过均匀设计方法,对不同碳氮源及微量元素等的配比实验,确定了最佳发酵培养基配方。试验结果表明:以蔗糖4.3%、糊精2%、酵母粉1%、蛋白胨3%、生物氮素0.59%、MgSO40.2%,KH2PO40.15%为发酵培养基配方,最终发酵效价较初始配方的发酵效价提高了234%。
為瞭篩選伕西地痠高產培養基配方,提高伕西地痠髮酵水平,以F17D2744為試驗菌株,通過均勻設計方法,對不同碳氮源及微量元素等的配比實驗,確定瞭最佳髮酵培養基配方。試驗結果錶明:以蔗糖4.3%、糊精2%、酵母粉1%、蛋白胨3%、生物氮素0.59%、MgSO40.2%,KH2PO40.15%為髮酵培養基配方,最終髮酵效價較初始配方的髮酵效價提高瞭234%。

In order to select high yield culture medium formula of fusidic acid and improve the level of fusidic acid fermentation,to have ratio test for the different carbon and nitrogen sources and trace elements with F17D2744 as the test strain,by uniform design method.To determine the optimum formula of fermentation medium.The test results showed that with sucrose 4.3%,dextrin 2%,yeast extract 1%,peptone 3%,biological nitrogen 0.59%,MgSO4 0.2%,KH2PO4 0.15% formula of fermentation medium,comparing final fermentation potency with initial formulations,the fermentation potency was enhanced 234%.
