According to the lag potential of electromagnetic theory, this paper establishes current distribution of moments equations for any length chaff scattering field. It obtains the concrete algorithm of current and RCS distribution by means of multi-zone basing point apolegamy. By the emulation analysis of MATLAB,it proves the correctness and rapidity of algorithm,which is of high engineering use-value. The result of the emulation analysis is in accordance with those previous test results.
