本文采用网络查询、访谈、问卷调查法,对长春市参与麒麟鞭锻炼居民的现状进行调查。结果表明：长春市参加麒麟鞭锻炼的人数逐年增加;麒麟鞭运动深得老年人喜爱,练习者的锻炼意识较高;各种自发团体、俱乐部相继涌现,发展状况良好。

With the methods of network query, interview and questionnaire survey, this paper investigated the development status of Kirin whip in Changchun City. The results show that： the number of participating in Kirin whip training has increased year by year; Kirin whip movement has gained the love of the elderly, and the exercisers generally have high exercise consciousness; various spontaneous organizations and clubs emerge and have a good development status.
