本文对虎眼万年青粗多糖的提取工艺及体外抗氧化活性进行了研究。通过单因素试验考察了溶剂原料比、提取温度、提取次数及提取时间对粗多糖提取得率的影响。采用正交试验(L9(34))优化得到最佳提取工艺参数:溶剂原料比20 mL.g-1,提取温度90℃,提取时间3h,提取4次。并通过对有机自由基、羟基自由基和超氧自由基的清除活性评价粗多糖体外抗氧化活性,结果显示得到的粗多糖具有很高抗氧化活性,可以探索作为天然抗氧化剂应用于药品或功能食品。

The extraction process of crude polysaccharide (COCAP) from Ornithogalum Caudatum Ait and the anti-oxidation activity in vitro of the crude polysaccharide were studied in this paper. The effects of four factors including ratio of water to raw material, extraction temperature, extraction number and extraction time were researched by single factor tests. The optimal extraction process obtained by an orthogonal experiment ((L9 (3)4) are as follows: 20 mL" g-~, 90~C, 4times and 3h, respectively.The antioxidant activities were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH"), superoxide radical (020, hydroxyl radical (" OH) scavenging assay in vitro. The results indicate that COCAP had significantly higher antioxidant activities. COCAP might explore as a natural antioxidant agent for use in medicine or functional foods.
