The core content of the elementary number theory is congruence, and the solution of congruence expression is an important content of the congruence. The calculation of solutions for general quadratic congruence expression with one unknown number is always tedious. However, if we transform it to binomial quadratic congruence expression, the efficiency of problem solving would be improved by using the properties of modular exponentiation of prime number.
