通过电化学极化实验对TP317和HAL77-2在造纸中水中进行腐蚀性能研究,对比这两种材料的耐腐蚀性,提出在新建的600 MW热电联产机组的凝汽器选材依据。实验结果表明,在造纸中水中,TP317比HAL77-2更耐腐蚀;在加入NaCl质量分数高于4%的条件下,TP317在中水的耐腐性急剧下降。
通過電化學極化實驗對TP317和HAL77-2在造紙中水中進行腐蝕性能研究,對比這兩種材料的耐腐蝕性,提齣在新建的600 MW熱電聯產機組的凝汽器選材依據。實驗結果錶明,在造紙中水中,TP317比HAL77-2更耐腐蝕;在加入NaCl質量分數高于4%的條件下,TP317在中水的耐腐性急劇下降。

Experiments on corrosion of TP317 and HAL77-2 immersed in papermaking intermediate water were conducted via the electrochemical method .After comparing the corrosion resistance of the two mate-rials, it advanced the material-choosing principle for the condenser of a new 600MW plant with the com-bination of heat and power .The experimental results show that in recycled water TP 317 has higher corro-sion resistance than HAL77-2.However, when more than 4%NaCl is added to the intermediate water , the corrosion resistance of TP 317 decreases dramatically .
