目的：了解生育障碍夫妇中男性染色体断裂率的发生情况。方法对来我院就诊的不育夫妇中的男性染色体断裂率的检查结果进行统计学分析。结果患者的就诊年龄平均在29.98岁，该组患者中染色体断裂率增高与年龄增大无关，染色体断裂率为1%的占36.84%；染色体断裂率为2%的为约占21.43%，而染色体断裂率为3%的患者约占8.65%，被检查的患者中发现染色体断裂的约占66.92%，明显多于未发现染色体断裂的人数。结论男性染色体断裂率增高可能是引起夫妇不育的重要原因之一。
목적：료해생육장애부부중남성염색체단렬솔적발생정황。방법대래아원취진적불육부부중적남성염색체단렬솔적검사결과진행통계학분석。결과환자적취진년령평균재29.98세，해조환자중염색체단렬솔증고여년령증대무관，염색체단렬솔위1%적점36.84%；염색체단렬솔위2%적위약점21.43%，이염색체단렬솔위3%적환자약점8.65%，피검사적환자중발현염색체단렬적약점66.92%，명현다우미발현염색체단렬적인수。결론남성염색체단렬솔증고가능시인기부부불육적중요원인지일。
Objective To studychromosome break rates in husband of infertility couple. Methods the rate of chromosome break in husband ofinfertility couple was detected and analyzed. Results The average age of patientswas about 29.98 years old, Increased chromosomal breakage rate was not correlated with their age. The patients with 1%chromosomal breakage rate accounted for 36.84%, the patients with 2%chromosome breakage rateaccounted for 21.43%, the patients with 3% chromosome breakage rate accounted for about 8.65%. All patients with chromosome breakage accounted for 66.92%, that was significantly more than the patients with no chromosomes fracture, and far more than that of other scholars reported. Conclusion Increase in chromosome break rates might be animportant reason for infertility male.
