为了提高轴类零件设计效率,提出了一种基于规则推理的表达方案自动生成方法。通过分析轴类零件结构特点及其视图表达规律,给出了表达方案自动生成的流程。根据零件三维模型得到组成结构及各组成结构之间的位置关系,确定主视图的投影方向,推理获得各组成结构的表达方案,最后整理得到零件的表达方案。一个机床主轴箱输出轴的工程实例,说明了利用该方法确实能自动生成轴类零件的表达方案。

To improve design efficiency of shaft parts, a method of automatic generation for representation scheme based on rule reasoning is presented. The automatic generation procedure of representation scheme is given by analyzing structure characteristic and view representation rule of shaft parts. The composing structure and its position relations are obtained by using 3D-model. Then, projection direction of front view and representation scheme of composing structure are decided. At last, representation scheme of parts is obtained by adjusting. A case study for output shaft of headstock in machine tools illustrates the feasibility of the method which presented in this paper.
