食管癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，对人类健康造成了严重危害。目前食管癌有多种治疗方法，其中放射治疗是最重要的治疗方法之一。经过多年的临床研究及发展，食管癌放射治疗的方法、方式等均有了很大的改进，临床治疗效果也得到了很大提高。但目前靶区勾画及剂量分布、剂量分割方式等仍需继续研究。本文对食管癌放疗，特别是上段食管癌的放疗进行综述。

Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor in digestive tract, which can seriously harm human health. At present, there are many methods for treating esophageal cancer. Radiotherapy is one of the most successfully treatment methods. Through many years of clinical research and development, methods of radiotherapy for esophageal cancer have been greatly improved. The clinical treatment effect has been improved. But many methods need further research such as target delineation, dose distribution and dose fraction modality etc. The radiotherapy of esophageal cancer, especially radiotherapy of upper esophageal carcinoma are reviewed in this paper.
