肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其恶性程度高,治疗效果差,被誉为“癌中之王”。尽管现在监督程序及检测手段不断发展,但大多数患者患病初期症状不明显,一旦被确诊,也因已处于中晚期而失去了手术机会,因此肝癌的早期诊断对患者的治疗尤为重要。糖蛋白的异常与恶性肿瘤的侵袭、转移、耐药机制等密切相关,所以针对肝癌相关糖蛋白进行研究,一方面有助于发现敏感性更高、特异性更强的肝癌血清学标志物,对肝癌的早期诊断提供帮助,另一方面肝癌细胞经化疗后容易产生多药耐药,这可能与肝癌相关的一些糖蛋白修饰改变相关,所以肝癌相关糖蛋白的研究还对提高肝癌化疗效果具有重要意义。本文就肝癌相关糖蛋白改变做如下综述。
肝癌是我國常見的噁性腫瘤之一,其噁性程度高,治療效果差,被譽為“癌中之王”。儘管現在鑑督程序及檢測手段不斷髮展,但大多數患者患病初期癥狀不明顯,一旦被確診,也因已處于中晚期而失去瞭手術機會,因此肝癌的早期診斷對患者的治療尤為重要。糖蛋白的異常與噁性腫瘤的侵襲、轉移、耐藥機製等密切相關,所以針對肝癌相關糖蛋白進行研究,一方麵有助于髮現敏感性更高、特異性更彊的肝癌血清學標誌物,對肝癌的早期診斷提供幫助,另一方麵肝癌細胞經化療後容易產生多藥耐藥,這可能與肝癌相關的一些糖蛋白脩飾改變相關,所以肝癌相關糖蛋白的研究還對提高肝癌化療效果具有重要意義。本文就肝癌相關糖蛋白改變做如下綜述。

Liver cancer is one of the most common cancer in our country, it is known as"the king of cancer" with high malignant degree and poor treatment effect. Despite recent improvements in surveillance programs and diagnostic tools, the symptom is not obvious at the beginning of the disease for most patients, once diagnosed, they often lose the opportunity for liver resection, so early diagnosis is very important for liver cancer therapy. The abnormal glycoproteins is associated with the invasion, metastasis, resistance mechanism of malignant tumour, so study for glycoproteins can contribute to find new serum biomarkers with higher sensibility and specificity which is helpful for early diagnosis of liver cancer. Besides, chemotherapy often leads to multidrug resistance in hepatic cellular carcinoma, modify changes of glycoprotein may be one of the reasons, so it’s also significant for promoting chemotherapeutic effect. This review described about the changes of liver cancer related glycoprotein.
