The development of future education is based on integration of resource and platform.In order to enhance work efficiency of present university open educational resource collection,the paper proposes a workflow architecture design scheme to optimize resource collec-tion workflow performance based on an integrated system of collection,editing and broadcasting as well as taking advantage of system self-teaching and self-matching technology.It describes in detail the implementation process and application situation of the scheme.
