通过探讨从众论、相对论、利己论、目的论和义务论五种学术职业价值观对学术行为取向的影响,发现义务论价值观在负责任的研究行为、受质疑的研究行为以及学术不端行为中均得到显著性的验证;从众论价值观在负责任的学术行为中得到验证。研究结论印证了对学术行为的义务责任可能存在认知误区,但可借此对学术行为的义务性价值取向的认知,厘清学术组织的规范责任,注重学术共同体价值观与个体学术行为目标的分层整合。

This study respectively reviews the impact of five academic occupational values, including conformity, relativity, self-interest, teleology and deontology on academic behavior orientation. It has found that the deontological value orientation was tested and verified, not only in area of responsible research conduct, but also in questioned behavior and academic misconduct, so did conformity value in responsible conduct of research. These results suggest that there is some cognitive misunderstanding. In addition, cognitive academic behavior based on obligation value orientation should be used to clarify the responsibility norms of academic organizations, to demonstrate the spirit of academic behavioral contract as well as emphasize on layered integration of academic community values together with individual academic goals.
