目的探讨膀胱血管周细胞瘤的临床特点及诊疗方法。方法分析1例膀胱血管周细胞瘤的临床资料并结合文献进行复习。结果患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术，术后1周痊愈出院，病检结果为膀胱血管周细胞肿瘤(中间型)。随访3个月未见肿瘤复发。结论膀胱血管周细胞瘤极为罕见，术前诊断困难，需经病理证实才能确诊，治疗上应按照恶性肿瘤进行切除，术后需长期随访。
목적탐토방광혈관주세포류적림상특점급진료방법。방법분석1례방광혈관주세포류적림상자료병결합문헌진행복습。결과환자행경뇨도방광종류전절술，술후1주전유출원，병검결과위방광혈관주세포종류(중간형)。수방3개월미견종류복발。결론방광혈관주세포류겁위한견，술전진단곤난，수경병리증실재능학진，치료상응안조악성종류진행절제，술후수장기수방。
Objective To explore the clinical feature,diagnosis and treatment of bladder he-mangiopericytoma. Methods The clinical data of one case of bladder hemangiopericytoma were re-ported and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results After transurethral resection of bladder tumor,the patient was diagnosed as bladder hemangiopericytoma and was discharged 1 week after operation.After 3 months of follow-up,the patient remained asymptomatic without evidence of re-currence. Conclusions The hemangiopericytoma of bladder is rare.The diagnosis mainly depends on pathological diagnosis.Transurethral resection could be the main treatment choice.Long-term follow-up after operation is needed.
