缄默知识是相对于显性知识而言的一种知识类型,是人类整体知识的重要组成部分。缄默知识在职业院校的实践性教学中真实地存在并发挥特殊的作用,如帮助职校生更有效地掌握复杂的动作技能,并且是长久的,也是节约心理能量的。而基于这种特殊作用可以建构出更有效的实践性教学策略,使教师成为缄默知识的开掘者;通过＂学徒制＂模式为职校生建构知识创造条件;通过良好的氛围以促进缄默知识的显性化等。这意味着缄默知识具有浓郁的实践性教学意义。
