为了有效控制兔大肠杆菌病，开展了溶菌酶临床治疗研究。用溶菌酶对160例经实验室确诊为大肠杆菌病的病兔进行临床治疗对比试验，按患兔症状轻重均匀搭配分为4组，每组40只，溶菌酶组拌料饲喂，4d为一疗程，与丁胺卡那霉素、氨苄青霉素、氟哌酸组进行疗效比较试验，结果治疗有效率达95％以上，比对照组的治愈率平均高50个百分点。试验表明溶菌酶疗效显著，为治疗兔大肠杆菌病提供了科学依据，对兽医临床用药具有一定的指导意义。

The clinical experiment was carried out in order to study the antibiotic effect of lysozyme reacted with Escherichia coli in rabbit. One hundred and sixty diseased rabbits were divided into four groups with each 40 rabbits according to symptom level. The experimental groups were treated with different medicine including lysozyme, amikacin, ampicillin and norfloxacin respectively. In the lysozyme group , all the rabbits were fed with medicine mixed forage. The results showed that effective rate of lysozyme group was up to 95% which was 50% higher averagely than the other three control groups. Lysozyme could control the rabbit colibacillosis effectively, it provided the scientific base for clinical application with lysozyme to control the rabbit colibacillosis.
