针对我国高校大学生实践创新能力培养普遍存在不足的问题，提出以加强大学生学科竞赛来弥补人才培养不足的解决思路。以提高本科生实践创新能力为目标，构建了多层次全方位的学科竞赛体系。通过强化学科竞赛的“五个结合”、“五个互动”和“三大保障”增强学科竞赛的实效性，取得了较好的效果。
針對我國高校大學生實踐創新能力培養普遍存在不足的問題，提齣以加彊大學生學科競賽來瀰補人纔培養不足的解決思路。以提高本科生實踐創新能力為目標，構建瞭多層次全方位的學科競賽體繫。通過彊化學科競賽的“五箇結閤”、“五箇互動”和“三大保障”增彊學科競賽的實效性，取得瞭較好的效果。
침대아국고교대학생실천창신능력배양보편존재불족적문제，제출이가강대학생학과경새래미보인재배양불족적해결사로。이제고본과생실천창신능력위목표，구건료다층차전방위적학과경새체계。통과강화학과경새적“오개결합”、“오개호동”화“삼대보장”증강학과경새적실효성，취득료교호적효과。
Based on the common inadequacy in practical and innovative ability cultivation of college students in China＇ s colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the solution to the problem by enhancing college students subject competition to make up the deficiency of talent cultivation, in order to promote practical and innovative ability of the undergraduates, multi-level and overall subject competition system is constructed. The practicability of the subject competition is strengthened and good achievement is received by consolidating ＂Five Combinations＂, ＂Five Interactions＂ and ＂Three Guarantees＂
