双语教学是中国高等学校在经济全球化背景下教学改革创新的重要尝试。花卉栽培技术课程是观赏园艺专业方向的主干课程,随着花卉产业国际交流合作和进出口业务日益频繁,对花卉专业人才的英语水平提出了较高要求。沈阳农业大学从培养创新型国际化人才要求出发,通过对花卉栽培技术教学实践通过充分利用现代教育技术、坚持传统与现代教育法结合有效提高教学效果以及开展多媒体课程报告等教学手段,将学生创新能力培养作为开展双语教学的最终目标。广泛进行教学交流与学习推进双语教学师资队伍建设,同时积极引进原版教材,并精选和编制专用教材,不断探索课程内容促进双语课程教材建设。

Bilingual teaching is an important teaching reform attempt in the Chinese colleges and universities in the context of economic globalization. With the increasing development of flower-industry-related international communication and cooperation, as well as the import and export of flowers, the course of Flower Culture Technique, as one of the main courses for ornamental horticulture, puts forward higher requirements for the flower-related professional English. In order to train innovative international talents well in teaching practice, training the ability to innovate is regarded as the ultimate goal of bilingual education of Shenyang Agricultural University and the use of a variety of teaching means, such as modern educational technologies, the combination of traditional methods and modern ones and the multimedia curriculum reports are all encouraged to improve teaching effect. It is suggested that the bilingual teaching staff training be strengthened by communication and learning; the proper original editions of bilingual textbooks actively introduced; specialized textbooks compiled; and the construction of bilingual teaching textbooks strengthened.
