城市地下管线就像一个人身体上的血管,是城市的“生命线”,担负着城市中各种资源和信息的传输任务,城市的正常运转需要周身的血管合理布局,统筹兼顾。我国的城市化进程开始较晚,地下管线规划和管理缺位,形成了地下管线权属单位分散,地下管线运行监测体系不完善等很多问题,在城市建设中经常出现挖损管线、管线老化泄露等情况,造成停水、停电、停气、交通中断、通讯中断等事故,影响城市运行质量和效率。城市管理者迫切需要通过一种手段,将城市中所有地下管网管理起来,通过智能管理体系,对地下管网的空间位置、管线自身寿命、管线负荷运行情况、外界对其影响情况等信息进行数据采集,存储于专门数据库中,运用专业分析软件进行分析,得出及时合理的处理维护措施。文中给出了通过物联网技术使地下管线智能管理体系得以实现,并通过在监测目标上预先嵌入传感器,来使管理系统轻松获得有关地下管线自身及运行情况的关键参数,从而解决城市地下管线智能管理体系中的关键技术问题的实现方法。

Urban underground pipeline is like vessels on the human body, so it is the city's lifeline, which undertakes the tasks of carrying out a variety of city resources and information transferring. The normal operation of the city needs the rational distribution of blood vessels all over the body. Urbanization process in China began too late in the absence of planning and management of underground pipelines, so the underground pipeline ownership units scattered and the monitoring system of underground pipeline' running is imperfect as many other issues .During urban construction, digging pipelines, pipeline leak aging and so on often happen, resulting in water break, power failure, gas stop, traffic disruption, communication disruption, which affect the urban operational quality and efficiency. Urban managers urgently need a means to administrate all underground pipeline networks together. Through intelligent management system, the spatial location of underground pipeline network, pipeline own life, pipeline load operation, the external effects and other information could be collected, which are stored in specialized databases. Professional analysis software can be used for analysis, then the maintenance of timely and reasonable measures for the treatment carried out. Underground pipeline intelligent management system can be achieved through the Internet of Things or through the pre-embedded sensors in the monitoring target. Management system is easy to access to the underground pipeline and the key parameters of the operation. The implementation of key technical issues in the urban underground pipeline intelligence management system is given in this paper.
