为解决传统钢制大型天线辐射梁单元重量大、重复安装精度差、易腐蚀等问题,采用钢制球形接头与碳纤维复合材料管材胶接组合的方式,对复合材料管材和胶接接头进行了合理设计,成功制造出某大型天线轻质复合材料辐射梁单元。对此辐射梁单元进行了有限元分析与实测研究,能够很好地满足天线使用要求。结果表明:与传统的钢制辐射梁单元相比,复合材料天线辐射梁单元减重50%左右,辐射梁刚度好、强度大,安装一致性好、精度高,特别适合重复安装的大型天线。
為解決傳統鋼製大型天線輻射樑單元重量大、重複安裝精度差、易腐蝕等問題,採用鋼製毬形接頭與碳纖維複閤材料管材膠接組閤的方式,對複閤材料管材和膠接接頭進行瞭閤理設計,成功製造齣某大型天線輕質複閤材料輻射樑單元。對此輻射樑單元進行瞭有限元分析與實測研究,能夠很好地滿足天線使用要求。結果錶明:與傳統的鋼製輻射樑單元相比,複閤材料天線輻射樑單元減重50%左右,輻射樑剛度好、彊度大,安裝一緻性好、精度高,特彆適閤重複安裝的大型天線。

Abstract: To solve the problems of steel radial beam, such as heavy weight, low repeated installation accura- cy, corrosive, lightweight composite material radial beam unit of some sort of large antenna has been made by adopting the bonding of carbon fiber composite pipe with steel spherical joint and the rational design of com- posite pipes and bonding joints. Finite element analysis and actual tests of the lightweight composite material radial beam unit of antenna are carried out in this paper. The results indicate that compared with steel radial beam, lightweight composite material radial beam has 50% weight decrease, higher stiffness, strength and precision. It is especially suitable for the large antenna which is installed repetitively and can fully meet the antenna application requirements.
