Vancomycin is enlisted as a drug of the last resort for the treatment of resistant grampositive bacterial infections.However, the titer and color of vancomycin is instability, and vancomycin-resistant bacteria has appeared.So through developing the appropriate key technologies,to solve the technique problem of instability of vancomycin.To introduce the pruduction technics of vancomycin,and discuss the new active analogues of vancomycin against vancomycin-resistant bacteria.
