用“剩余电流保护器老化与动作特性试验兼容装置DL-400B/3”和“剩余电流动作断路器测试仪IDB-3”对带载剩余电流动作特性试验进行研究,结合剩余电流动作断路器的工作原理,分析了试验时将试品的电子线路板烧毁的原因,提出在DLC-400B/3的电源端安装开关,平时处于导通状态,当检测到断口由通态转为断态时立刻关断该开关,切断断口下端的电源,从而避免了试品的电磁铁在剩余电流断路器脱扣后还一直处于工作状态而导致电子线路板烧毁。

This paper carried out with-load test study on residual current operating characteristics using "residual current protective device ageing and operating characteristic test compatible device DLC-4OOB/3" and "residual current operating circuit breaker tester IDB-3". The work- ing principle of residual current operating circuit breaker was combined to analyze causes of electronic circuit board of test article burning down at testing. This paper raised installing switches at DLC-400B/3 power supply end, making conduction in normal time and switching offwhen the breaking let changed from conductive state to breaking state, to switch offat lower extreme of power supply, thus to avoid test article's electro- magnetic iron still being in workinlz condition to cause electronic circuit board burned down after residual current circuit breaker tripping.
