以800kV六氟化硫气体绝缘复合套管为研究对象,基于标准和工程的技术要求,建立整体套管的物理模型,依次完成对套管的电场有限元分析和机械强度计算校核,确定了800kV气体绝缘复合套管的结构设计,通过对样机进行试验验证,证明了该套管设计方案合理,各项性能指标均能满足预期要求。

The 800 kV gas insulated composite bushing was taken as the research object. The physical model of bushing was built according to requirements of the standard and project, and then this paper analyzed electric field finite element and checked mechanical strength. The structure design of the 800 kV bushing was determined, and the prototype test was proved reasonable. All the performance indexes of the 800 kV bushing meet the expected requirements.
