碳源-碳汇特征的研究是建设低碳小区的先决条件。论文分别使用了物料均衡法和生物量统计法对周家泉小区碳源-碳汇进行了计算分析,并对按居住区能源供应标准计算的排放值与实际排放值进行了对比。结果显示:(1)实际排放中,直接排放量占小区总排放量的47.1%,其中煤炭消耗排放量最大。间接排放占小区排放总量的52.9%,其中电力消耗排放占到了93.6%,为小区能源消耗的最大排放源。(2)按居住区燃气供应指标为小区居民提供能源能在充分满足居民需求的前提下有效减少CO2排放量。按电力供应指标计算的CO2排放量大于实际电力消耗排放。供水及污水处理技术是减少用水排放的关键因素。(3)绿化带是小区主要碳汇要素,仅通过实现国家规定的30%的绿地率并不能满足小区碳汇需求。在小区碳源碳汇研究的基础上提出了控制和减少小区CO2的对策建议,以期为低碳小区建设提供参考。

Studies on carbon removals/sources are prerequisites for low carbon residential community construction.This paper calculated quantities of carbon removals/sources in Zhoujiaquan Community with methods of material balance and biomass statistics.A comparison between standard emissions and actual emissions was made based on analysis.The results show:(1)Among actual emissions,the direct emissions account for 47.1%,of which coal consumption topped the emissions.The indirect emissions account for 52.9%,of which electricity consumption accounts for 93.6%,ranking the highest in community.(2)Supply energy to residents according to the gas supplying standards will reduce CO2 emission effectively under the premise of fully meet the requirements of residents.Emissions which calculated according to electricity supply index were bigger than actual emissions from electricity use.Water supply and wastewater treatment technology were key factors to reduce emissions from water use.(3)Green belt was main carbon removals in residential community.The national standard of 30% green space in residential community can not meet the demand of carbon removals.Based on the study of carbon removals/sources of residential community,countermeasures for controlling and reducing CO2 were suggested so as to provide references for low carbon district construction.
