以玉米黄粉为原料,采用微生物发酵法提取玉米黄色素。在单因素实验基础上采用响应面试验确定了玉米黄粉色素微生物发酵提取的最佳工艺为:接种量4%、温度为35.9℃、培养时间为6 h、pH 7.26,此条件下玉米黄粉色素得率为10.362%。

In order to optimize the microorganism extraction process of yellow pigment from corn gluten meal. The optimum technology conditions were studied through single factor design and response surface experiment. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:0.04%inoculation quantity, extraction temperature 35.9 ℃,training time is 6 h,microbiological culture pH 7.26,the yellow pigment yield is 10.362%.
