现场教学模式是公共管理学科培养应用型人才的重要教学改革创新。公共管理类课程现场教学强调教师、学生与公共管理实践者“三元”教学主体在教学现场的平等对话,其理论基础契合了知识生产模式现代转型的新趋势。通过制定现场教学计划、选择教学现场、组织教学活动、反馈教学效果四大步骤,现场教学搭建了一个新的知识网络,有利于提升公共管理类课程教学绩效。

On-site teaching is an important teaching reform and innovation of training applied talents of the public management science ,and emphasizes equal dialogue in teaching field between teachers ,students and the public management practitioners.Its theoretical basis is in line with the new trend of modern transformation of the mode of knowledge production.According to prac-tical experiences ,on-site teaching will create a new knowledge network to improve the teaching performance of public manage-ment courses by four steps ,including making a plan ,choosing the teaching fields ,organizing the teaching activities and feedback of teaching effect.
