目的总结62例下肢深静脉血栓患者置入下腔静脉滤器的护理。方法对62例深静脉血栓患者采用滤器置入及溶栓治疗，做好术前、术后精心护理和健康指导。结果均明显好转，无肺动脉栓塞发生。结论规范的溶栓治疗和细致的手术前后护理，是患者顺利康复的保证。

Objective This is a summary of the nursing care of 62 patients with deep venous thrombosis after inferior vena cava filter placement. Methods This is a summary of pre and postoperative nursing and health care of 62 patients with deep venous thrombosis received inferior vena cava filter placement and thrombolytic therapy. Results The condition of al the patients improved and there were no pulmonary embolism. Conclusion Patients can benefit from standard thrombolytic therapy and pre and postoperative nursing.
