使用CFX软件对清管过程液塞头进行数值模拟,水和气体作为连续相,采用VOF方法计算及欧拉-欧拉类方法中的均相模型。模拟了管道中无液膜,以及不同厚度、不同流速液膜两种情况。并将CFX软件模拟结果与清管实验结果,文献中的实验结果进行对比分析,模拟结果与实验结果和文献中的数据吻合较好。清管液塞头部的形状呈抛物线,管道中的液膜能够显著减小清管液塞的长度。

Based on the software of CFX, numerical simulation on liquid slug head in pigging progress was conducted with VOF method and homogeneous model in Euler-Euler method. Water and gas were seen as the continuous phase. Two cases of no liquid membrane and liquid membrane with different thickness and velocity were simulated. And the simulation result, pigging experimental result and result in literature were compared and analyzed. The results show that the simulation result can be identical to experimental result and result in literature well;Pigging liquid slug head is like parabolic shape;Liquid membrane can significantly decrease the pigging liquid slug length.
